Yes. We require our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. L Brands maintains a policy called "What We Stand For," which is designed to ensure that our business partners operate ethically and that our merchandise is produced under appropriate conditions in the United States and around the world. We will not do business with individuals or suppliers that do not meet our standards. We expect our suppliers to promote an environment of dignity, respect and opportunity; provide safe and healthy working conditions; offer fair compensation through wages and other benefits; hire workers of legal age, who accept employment on a voluntary basis; and maintain reasonable working hours. Finally, we require that all suppliers be particularly vigilant about compliance with country of origin and other requirements of the United States Customs Service and related agencies, and with similar requirements of other applicable jurisdictions.

Victoria’s Secret does not sell tickets to our annual, invitation-only Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and does not authorize any third-party agent to sell tickets on our behalf. The only way to obtain tickets is by special invitation or through charitable contributions to pre-approved non-profit organizations.
Counterfeit tickets will not be honored at the event. If you are buying Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show tickets from a non-profit organization and want to verify the authenticity of the tickets, please email our community relations team at MakeADifference@LB.com.

In the U.S., Canada, U.K. and China, all of our brands are owned and operated by L Brands and therefore are not franchise operations. Throughout the rest of the world, we currently work with a small number of international partners to deliver our Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works and La Senza brands to customers. We are not entertaining requests for new partners, distributors or licensees.
